OECD sees a better balanced global economy

The OECD's twice-yearly Economic Outlook is published, and highlights and summaries can be accessed here. It sees the US slowdown as essentially good news, largely balanced by growth elsewhere, and necessary to start correcting America's imbalances. It also thinks UK interest rates should have peaked at 5%.
